Its hard to quit but these filters help greatly to reduce your dependence! When you clean them you see how much tar that would have been in your lungs instead of the filter! Been using several years now and these are the best filters on the market!! I am smoking a lot less and feel so much better. I actually quit cigarettes and use these now with small cigarillos. They taste great with these filters and I can enjoy a smaller amount like you would any cigar, and just relax now and then with one. I save a ton of money since these cost less and I smoke less. Just terrific! Thanks for making such a great product!
